Book a car on the Unicorn Rent A Car website (https://unicornrentacar.co.ke/). Within 24 hours of completing your booking, if you find a better rate for an identical rental on another Kenyan car rental website, submit a claim.
Claim Process
To claim this guarantee, send an email to reservations@unicornrentacar.net with "Best Price Guarantee Claim" in the subject line and include:
- Your Unicorn Rent A Car reservation number.
- Pick-up and drop-off dates, times, and total rental period.
- A direct link to the competing offer and the name of the rental company.
- A screenshot with the date, car type, and exact rate.
Deadline to Submit a Claim
Submit your claim within 24 hours of completing your booking. A response is typically provided within 2-3 business days.
Eligibility Requirements
Both offers must:
- Be identical in pick-up/drop-off locations, rental period, car category, add-ons, taxes, fees, and insurance coverage.
- Be quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
- Have the same booking conditions, including cancellation and advance reservation policies.
Exclusions
The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to:
- "On request" bookings or offers not instantly confirmed.
- Claims submitted more than 24 hours after booking confirmation.
- Bookings made via third-party travel agencies or opaque booking sites.
- Reservations using discounts, corporate rates, loyalty rewards, or promotional codes.
- Rental periods longer than 28 days.
Verification & Adjustment
Our Customer Support team will verify the competing offer. If it meets all conditions, we will adjust your rental price to match the lower rate.
Policy Changes
Unicorn Rent A Car reserves the right to modify or terminate this guarantee at any time. Claims submitted before changes will be processed under the previous terms.
